We ended January here on quite a lovely note by photographing this perfect couple! Jake and Kelsey just got engaged at the beginning of this month and we are so thrilled for them! For there engagement session we explored the foothills of Boise near Table Rock. It was a windy afternoon, and thank goodness because the breeze really added to the photos and we created some beautiful shots! We ended the afternoon by having fun with their 1 year old golden retriever, Charlie! He was so full of energy and a great addition to the shoot. We had an absolute blast and wish these two lots of love and happiness in their future!

A Salt Lake Engagement

A couple of weeks ago we got to head down south a little to Salt Lake to photograph this awesome couple for their engagement shoot. They were our first shoot of the new year, and they sure did set the bar high! They were so much fun to work with and this shoot was filled with laughs all around. We started off by photographing them at the spot that they first met, a parking garage in downtown Salt Lake. How special is that?! We went atop the garage just as the sun was going down and got some killer light! For the next part of our shoot we headed to the middle of the city and found the cutest little road with a gorgeous view of the Salt Lake temple, which is where these two will be married this spring! It was amazing to photograph in the places that are special to them and have a part in their love story. Congrats, you two! Best wishes and lots of love.

A Winter Engagement

It was literally so cold during this engagement shoot over in Idaho Falls, but these two were still perfect! Engagement photos in the almost negative degree wether aren't so bad when you have your sweetie to hold and cuddle up with the whole time right?! :) These two were so cute keeping each other warm, and just having fun during their shoot. We loved their style, and Maddelin looked stunning with some bold red lips and a floral crown made by yours truly! We love this couple so much and look forward to photographing their wedding in the spring!
